    Global Energy Network list was created to review the evolving concepts of GENIS (Global Energy Network Information System), than continued discussions to feed the Global Climate Change Situation Room (www.gccsr.org), then discussed options for doubling Kuwait’s electricity production, and continues discussing energy options.
