in the development and implementation of a new certification/inspection
program
for Travel Agent/Airline accreditation, instrumental in the development
and
implementation of an automated application evaluation system that
provided ease
of filing for the travel agent applicants.

Management
of an entire applications department (10 permanent and over 100
temporary
staff) at the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC),
management/supervision of
two law firms, director of a trade association, analyzed work load and
instituted QC measures; coordinated functions of the Ownership
Department with
the other ARC departments; assisted in updating and editing agent
operations
manual, review of financial statements, Immigration forms, visas,
passports in
conjunction with a background investigation, audit, review of quarterly
agent
credit card and cash sales, sales reports, fare base.
