General Overview of the Node
The Argentina Node of the Millennium Project functions under the auspices of the Latin American Center for Globalization and Prospective. The center was created as the result of a special interactive seminar on learning for higher education authorities of Colombia in September 1996 about the "Globalization and Futures Research".
