The Zimbabwe Node of The Millennium Project at the Harare Institute of Technology, chaired by Simbarashe Nhokovedzo, is organizing a Public Lecture about “Demystifying Futures Research” on May 5, 2022.

The lecture will last two hours (10.00 – 12.00 Zimbabwe Time) and will have the following speeches:

• “Introduction to futures research”, by Mara Di Berardo, MP Communication Director and Italy Node Co-Chair
• “Indispensable role of futures research in sustainable innovations, hence sustainable development”, by Rasigan Maharajh, Southern Africa Node Co-Chair
• “Futures Research Methods”, by Elizabeth Florescu, MP Director of Research.

Host of the event is Simbarashe Nhokovedzo.
