The Council of Presidents of the United Nations General Assembly brought me to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UN Alliance of Civilizations. I updated the Council (nine previous Presidents of the UNGA attended) on progress on AGI issues.
A statement on AGI will be included in the final declaration from the meeting. I will send this declaration when official, but it will call for a briefing to the UNGA Members on the AGI report.
The Council also had meetings with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs (photo below), Diplomatic School & Think Tank, Digital Government Authority. Some nice publicity for The Millennium Project’s work on AGI.
