Call for Applications: 4CF Global Fellowship 2026 in Poland

4CF The Futures Literacy Company, hosting the Poland Node of The Millennium Project, has officially launched the second edition of its international scholarship program, the 4CF Global Fellowship 2026. The initiative aims to support talented foreign students and doctoral candidates in advancing their scientific research while fostering international academic collaboration.
The fellowship offers selected participants a unique opportunity to conduct advanced research in Warsaw between September 2026 and January 2027. Scholars will receive accommodation, access to a dedicated workspace at 4CF’s headquarters, and a monthly stipend to cover minor expenses.
This year, 4CF is particularly encouraging applications from doctoral candidates specializing in statistics, research methodology, and data analysis, as well as those working in behavioral sciences, decision psychology, and choice architecture. Candidates who combine strong analytical skills with an understanding of cognitive biases and human decision-making are especially sought after.
The program is open to foreign second-cycle (Master’s level) students and doctoral candidates enrolled at EU universities. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English and hold valid EU residency rights or an appropriate visa.
This year’s fellows will contribute to refining the Delphi method, a key tool for aggregating expert knowledge and building accurate future scenarios. Applicants are required to submit their materials in English, including a self-report, cover letter, CV, and a research project description. The deadline for applications is June 6, 2026, and submissions should be sent electronically to info@4cf.pl.
