Expertes needed for the Twin Transition and the future of work project

4CF The Futures Literacy Company, hosting the Poland Node of The Millennium Project, invites you to participate in an upcoming international research project focused on the “Twin Transition” and the future of work.

4CF is currently conducting a strategic study titled “Demand for qualifications and competencies from the employers’ perspective” in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (the largest regional economy in Poland). This project is part of a national initiative funded by the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility to modernize vocational education and lifelong learning.

4CF is looking for 18 international experts (futurists, consultants, and researchers) specializing in:

• Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0
• Green Economy & Sustainability
• Labor Market Trends & Vocational Education

Participation Details:

• Format: The study is a Real-Time Delphi (RTD) conducted on our 4CF HalnyX platform.
• Timeline: The study will take place over one week in mid-May.
• Engagement: You will be asked to log in 2–3 times (approx. 30–45 mins per session) to evaluate and discuss research theses.
• Honorarium: As a token of our appreciation for your time and expertise, we are offering a gross honorarium of $200 USD (paid via a prepaid card unless those of you living in the eurozone prefer to issue an invoice).
